The CCAS Board of Directors is made up of an equal number of members elected by the City Council from among its members and unelected members appointed by the Mayor. This parity is an important feature of the CCAS, since it involves representatives of civil society in the development of its institutional project.
The community council has approved the establishment, on October 1, 2020, of a rental declaration (DML).
This declaration applies to all owners wishing to rent out a main residence for a long time. Seven cities of Paris - Vallée de la Marne are concerned: Champs-sur-Marne, Chelles, Courtry, Noisiel (Cité Menier), Roissy-en-Brie, Torcy and Vaires-sur-Marne.
